How to Send Crypto to Other PayAny Users Internally
You can move crypto instantly and without withdrawal fees between PayAny accounts using Internal Transfer. This method is ideal when you want to send funds to another PayAny user quickly. If you need to send crypto outside PayAny, please use an on-chain withdrawal. You can find on-chain withdrawal instructions in "How to Submit an On-Chain Withdrawal Request."
Step-by-Step Guide to Send Crypto to Other PayAny Users
Step 1. Navigate to the Internal Withdrawal Page
To start, open Assets in the top-right corner and go to the Internal Transfer page.
Step 2. Select a Coin and Amount
You will see a form where you select the crypto asset and the amount you want to send. Please enter the exact amount you want the recipient to receive. If you prefer to send your full balance, you may click All, and the system will populate the amount for you.
Please kindly note that when you choose Internal Transfer, no network withdrawal fee applies; fees shown for networks apply only to on-chain withdrawals.
Step 3. Select a Recipient
Next, provide the recipient's PayAny identifier. You may enter a PayAny user ID, an email address, or a mobile number that is registered to the recipient's PayAny account.
For example, you can type user12345, [email protected], or +65 9123 4567. Please ensure the identifier belongs to the PayAny account you intend to send funds to. Internal transfers only work between PayAny accounts that have completed Identity Verification.
You may save frequent recipients to your address book. Click Existing Recipient then Add Existing Recipient to add a user ID, email, or phone number. Once an entry is saved, you can view it later in Recipient Address Book to speed up future transfers.
Step 4. Confirm Your Request
After filling in the details, please double-check all information before clicking Withdraw.
The system will open a confirmation page that shows the coin, network, recipient identifier, amount, and any notes you added. If you need to change something, close the pop-up and edit your input. If everything is correct, please click Confirm.
Step 5. Complete Security Verification
After confirmation, you will be directed to the security verification page. You must complete the following two verification steps.
First, you should check your registered email address for the email verification code. Please enter the code you received. If you cannot find the email, you should check your spam folder. The verification email will only be valid for 60 seconds.
Second, you must enter the 6-digit Google Authenticator 2FA security code you obtained from your app.
Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted after you complete both steps!
Step 6. View Records
After you finish verification, your internal transfer is submitted and completed instantly in most cases.
To check your history, open Internal Withdrawal and select Withdrawal Records to view transfers you sent. If you were the recipient, open Internal Withdrawal and select Deposit Records to see incoming transfers. Each record shows coin, network, amount, date and time, recipient/sender identifier and status.
Important notes and examples
Please remember that internal transfers only work between PayAny accounts. For example, you cannot use Internal Transfer to send crypto to [email protected] if that email is not linked to an active PayAny account. Both sender and recipient must complete Identity Verification before an internal transfer can be completed. If you try to send to an unverified account, the system will prompt you to confirm or will prevent the transfer.
If you intended to send funds outside PayAny, choose the on-chain withdrawal flow to specify a destination blockchain address. On-chain withdrawals show network fees and confirmation times, while Internal Transfer does not charge network fees.
Troubleshooting tips
If your recipient does not receive the funds, first confirm the identifier you entered. If you used an email or phone number, please verify that it is the one linked to the recipient's PayAny account. If the recipient still does not see the deposit, ask them to check Deposit Records and their account verification status. If you cannot find a recent transfer in Withdrawal Records, refresh the page and ensure you used the Internal Transfer option rather than an on-chain withdrawal. For further help, contact PayAny Support with your transaction details and any verification screenshots.
Security reminder
Please be careful when entering recipient information. Internal transfers are final and cannot be reversed if you send to the wrong PayAny account. Always test with a small amount if you are transferring to a new recipient for the first time.
Disclaimer: Please Read Before Withdrawing
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or recovered. You are solely responsible for the security of your assets. To ensure your funds arrive safely in your PayAny account, you must acknowledge and adhere to the following critical rules:
- Match the Network (Chain): The network you select on PayAny (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20) MUST exactly match the network you use on the withdrawal platform. Sending funds on the wrong network will result in the permanent loss of your assets.
- Use the Correct Memo/Tag: For specific cryptocurrencies (like XRP, EOS, TON), a unique Memo or Tag is required. You MUST enter this Memo/Tag correctly on the platform you are sending from. Failure to include the correct Memo/Tag will lead to a loss of funds.
- Withdrawal Supported Coins Only: Only send cryptocurrencies that are officially listed and supported on PayAny. Sending any unsupported coin or token to your PayAny address will result in the permanent loss of those assets.
- Check the Withdrawal Address: Always double-check that the withdrawal address is copied and pasted correctly. Sending funds to the wrong address is an irreversible error.
PayAny is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from user error, including but not limited to the mistakes listed above. PayAny reserves the right to update withdrawal requirements, minimum amounts, or supported networks without prior notice. Users are advised to always refer to the latest information on the Withdrawal page before initiating any transfer.
We strongly recommend sending a small test amount for your first withdrawal or when sending a large sum to verify the process is working correctly.
