How Do Statements and Order History Work?
Every movement on your account is recorded, and you can read it three ways.
Balance History
Every deposit, withdrawal and exchange lands here the moment it posts to your balance, one line per movement, filterable by currency and date.
Order lists
Deposits, Withdrawals and Exchange Orders each keep their own list with the status, the receipts and the related orders — for example the exchange booked against a deposit. Each order carries an order number you can quote to support.
Statements
Statement gives you a daily or monthly account statement covering every currency, with the same order numbers, ready to export for your bookkeeping. Choose the period, review it, and download.
In Progress
Everything still moving — deposits waiting to be matched, withdrawals in review or paying, exchanges being booked — is on the In Progress page with a one-line status. When it settles, it leaves the page and appears in the lists above.
Good to know
- Amounts use each currency’s own number of decimal places.
- Where a currency runs on more than one rail, the rail is shown after it, for example XOF (Senegal).
- Times are shown to the minute in your device’s time zone.
