What Is the Anti-Phishing Code?

The anti-phishing code is a word or number of your choosing that PayAny prints in every official email it sends you. An email without your code did not come from PayAny.
Setting it
Under Security Settings choose Anti-Phishing Code and enter 4–20 letters or digits. From then on the code appears in all official PayAny emails. Change it from time to time, and change it immediately if you think it has been seen.
How to use it
- Before acting on an email that looks like it is from PayAny, check for your code.
- No code, or the wrong code, means the email is fake — do not open its links or reply.
- Never share the code with anyone, including PayAny Customer Support. Support will never ask for it.
Other signs of phishing
- PayAny never asks for your password, fund password, authenticator key or a pickup voucher QR by phone, email or message.
- The only PayAny websites are www.payany.com and the PayAny apps from the App Store, Google Play or the download link on www.payany.com.
- Rate offers or account warnings that arrive over messengers from numbers not listed on the Contact page are not from PayAny.
