How Do Beneficiaries and the Withdrawal Whitelist Work?
A beneficiary is a saved recipient — a bank account you have withdrawn to, or intend to. The whitelist delay is a waiting period you can set for new ones.
Adding a beneficiary
Go to Beneficiaries and add the bank, the account number and the account name exactly as it appears at the bank. You can also paste a block of beneficiary details and let PayAny fill the fields, or tick Save this account for next time while you withdraw. Each beneficiary is bound to one currency and cannot be added twice.
Withdrawal whitelist delay
Under Security Settings you can set how many hours (0–24) a newly-added beneficiary must wait before it can receive funds. The delay gives you time to notice and remove a beneficiary you did not add. Set 0 to remove the delay. When the whitelist changes, PayAny asks you to review your beneficiaries before the next withdrawal.
Good to know
- A beneficiary that is no longer valid at the bank is marked invalid and cannot be used or deleted until support clears it.
- Saved collectors for cash pickups are kept separately, with the collector’s name, mobile and ID number.
- Deleting a beneficiary does not affect withdrawals already submitted.
