How Do I Withdraw to a Bank Account?
A bank withdrawal sends money from your balance to a beneficiary’s bank account. Most are paid within an hour.
Before you start
- Complete identity verification — withdrawals stay capped until it is approved.
- Set a fund password under Security Settings. It is asked for when you submit.
- Save the beneficiary under Beneficiaries, or add one while you withdraw. A new beneficiary may have to wait the whitelist delay you set before it can receive funds.
Step by step
- Open Withdraw, choose the currency and the amount. The page shows what you can withdraw right now on that currency.
- Choose Bank Transfer and pick a beneficiary — search by name, bank or account number.
- Check every line.
Warning: Once sent, a transfer to a wrong account cannot be pulled back. PayAny cannot recall a payment the bank has made.
- Enter your fund password and submit. The amount is held for this order right away.
How a withdrawal moves
- Submitted — your balance is held for the order.
- In review — most orders clear in minutes. You can cancel only while an order is in review.
- Paying — released to the bank and clearing. Large amounts may arrive in parts, and you see each part on the order.
- Paid — usually within 1 hour. The bank receipt is attached to the order for you to open or download.
If something stops
An order that cannot be paid shows Error. Nothing has been deducted; our team picks it up from there, and you can reach them from the order with Talk to Support.
Good to know
- Money still on its way from a pending deposit can be withdrawn before it settles.
- Where a currency has only one method, the page says which — bank transfer, or cash collection where an office exists.
- Withdrawals land through licensed banks and mobile-money operators, and every order carries the receipt.
