How Do Beneficiaries Work?

A beneficiary is a saved recipient — a bank account you have withdrawn to, or intend to.
Adding a beneficiary
Go to Beneficiaries and add the bank, the account number and the account name exactly as it appears at the bank. You can also paste a block of beneficiary details and let PayAny fill the fields, or tick Save this account for next time while you withdraw. Each beneficiary is bound to one currency and cannot be added twice.
Good to know
- A beneficiary that is no longer valid at the bank is marked invalid and cannot be used or deleted until support clears it.
- Saved collectors for cash pickups are kept separately, with the collector’s name, mobile and ID number.
- Deleting a beneficiary does not affect withdrawals already submitted.
