Your First Days on PayAny: Fund, Exchange, Pay Out
Once your account is open, using PayAny comes down to three moves, in the order they happen.
- Fund your balance
Everything runs off your balance, so start here. Deposit by bank transfer to your own PayAny deposit account — generate one for the currency you want to be paid in, then transfer to it from your bank and upload the receipt. Or bring cash to a PayAny office. Deposits are free. A bank deposit is usually confirmed within an hour of your receipt arriving; a cash deposit is credited as soon as the desk counts it and you sign.
- Exchange at the rate you saw
Open Exchange, choose the currency you are paying with and the one you want, and enter an amount. The rate, any fee and the amount that will land are all on screen before you confirm. When you confirm, the rate is locked and both balances update together. Any two supported currencies can be exchanged, in either direction.
- Pay out
Withdraw to a beneficiary’s bank account, or as cash collected at a PayAny office by you or a collector you name. A bank withdrawal is reviewed, released to the bank and usually paid within an hour, with the bank receipt attached to the order. Large amounts may arrive in parts, and you see each one.
Where to watch it all
- In Progress shows every deposit, withdrawal and exchange that is still moving, with a one-line status.
- Balance shows each currency, and what you can move right now.
- Statement gives you a daily or monthly statement with every order number, ready to export.
- Notifications reach you by email, in the app and, if you choose, on WhatsApp.
If anything is unclear, Chat Support is one tap away in the app, and the WhatsApp support lines are listed on the Contact page.
