How Can I Sign In to PayAny?

On this page

  • Email or mobile number
  • Third-party accounts
  • Forgot your password?
  • Lost your authenticator?

PayAny gives you several ways to sign in, and lets you add more from Security Settings.

Email or mobile number

Sign in with the email address or mobile number bound to your account and your login password. If you have turned on two-factor authentication, you are then asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. From a device PayAny has not seen before, you may also be asked for a code sent to your email or mobile.

Third-party accounts

You can sign in with Google, Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook. The first time, PayAny asks whether to create a new account or link the third-party account to an existing PayAny account, which you confirm by signing in to it. Linking and unlinking are managed under Security Settings.

A few rules apply to keep accounts safe:

  • Linking or unlinking has to be verified with a code, so bind an email or mobile first.
  • A third-party account can be linked to one PayAny account at a time.
  • You can unlink a provider at most three times in 24 hours, and make at most ten link or unlink changes with the same provider in 30 days.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot Password on the sign-in page. You verify your identity with the factors bound to your account, then set a new password. A frozen account has to be unfrozen before its password can be reset.

Lost your authenticator?

When you set up two-factor authentication, PayAny shows a key. Keep it somewhere safe: it is the only way to restore the authenticator on a new phone, and PayAny cannot recover it for you. If you no longer have the key, contact support to remove the authenticator, then link a new one under Security Settings.
