PayAny will coordinate with its banking and settlement partners, submit the required foreign exchange settlement application, and transfer the converted RMB funds directly to the designated bank account in mainland China.

This means customers do not need to communicate directly with the bank or submit additional foreign exchange settlement documents during the settlement process. PayAny manages the operational procedures required to complete the transaction efficiently and compliantly.

Eligible foreign exchange settlement transactions processed through this service do not count toward the annual personal foreign exchange facilitation quota of USD 50,000 per year, subject to applicable regulations, banking requirements, and compliance review.

Supported Settlement Scenarios

PayAny may support settlement arrangements involving Hong Kong companies and mainland China recipients under legitimate trade relationships.

For example, a Hong Kong company may settle foreign exchange to a mainland China resident account where a valid trade entrustment relationship exists, provided that the recipient is:

• A director of the Hong Kong company; or
• The legal representative of a mainland China supplier involved in the underlying trade transaction.

All transactions remain subject to supporting documentation, compliance review, and approval requirements.

• The settlement currency is RMB.
• The applicant is an individual.
• The transaction is supported by a legitimate trade background.
