How Do Deposit Links and Share My Account Work?
Both features let someone pay into your PayAny account without having an account of their own. They differ in how long the link lives and whether the amount is fixed.
Share My Account
A permanent public link tied to your account. Whoever opens it sees the deposit account you chose, transfers the money from their bank, and uploads their receipt on the page. Use it with customers and partners who pay you regularly.
Deposit Links
A link for one payment. You can leave the amount open, or create the link with a specific amount so the payer cannot change it. Send it by WhatsApp, email or any messenger. Deleting a link stops it working; deposits already made through it are unaffected.
What the payer sees
- Who they are paying — your account name.
- The bank account to transfer to, with a QR code.
- The amount, if you fixed one.
- A form to enter their details and upload up to 10 proof files (10 MB each).
- Where a cash office is available, the option to pay in cash at the office instead.
What you see
Every submission creates a pending deposit under your account with the payer’s details and their receipt. PayAny verifies it the same way as your own deposits — usually within 1 hour for bank transfers — and credits your balance. Payments from a third party may be asked for supporting documents; see the article on third-party payers.
Good to know
- Payers should transfer exactly the amount they enter and keep the receipt.
- A link shows only the deposit account you picked for it. Generate accounts for the currencies you want to be paid in first.
