Which Currencies Can I Deposit, Hold and Withdraw?
On this page
PayAny works in the national currencies of the countries it operates in. Which ones you can use for each action is shown in the app, because the lists change as corridors open.
Depositing
The Deposit page lists the currencies you can pay in right now, by bank transfer to a deposit account in your name or in cash at a PayAny office. Generate a deposit account for each currency you want to be paid in.
Holding
Your balance holds one line per currency. Any currency you deposit or exchange into appears there, with what you can move right now shown separately from money still on its way.
Exchanging
Any two supported currencies can be exchanged, in either direction, at the rate shown before you confirm. XOF and XAF also move between their own countries — Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Togo and Benin.
Withdrawing
The Withdraw page lists the currencies you can send out, and for each one whether it goes by bank transfer, by cash collection at an office, or both. Withdrawals land through licensed banks and mobile-money operators across West Africa, the UAE and China.
Rails
Some currencies run on more than one settlement rail. Where that is the case the rail is shown after the currency, for example XOF (Senegal), and each rail has its own deposit accounts, offices and rate.
If a currency you need is missing or marked temporarily suspended, the page says so. Contact Customer Support if you have already sent money in that currency.
