What Are PayAny’s Fees and Limits?
On this page
PayAny shows you every charge before you commit to it. This article explains where each fee appears and what limits apply.

The exchange rate you are quoted is PayAny’s rate for your account, and includes PayAny’s margin over the reference rate. Signed in, the Exchange page shows how your rate compares with the reference rate. The rate and the amount that will land are fixed when you confirm.
Important: Your own bank may charge you for the transfer into your deposit account, and a receiving bank may deduct its own charges from a withdrawal. Neither is a PayAny fee, and neither is known to PayAny in advance.
Limits
- Until identity verification is approved, withdrawals are capped. Deposits and exchanges are available.
- A newly-added beneficiary may have to wait the whitelist delay you set (0–24 hours) before it can receive funds.
- Orders above the automatic-review threshold for a currency are reviewed by a person before they are paid. The order status shows In review while this happens.
- Cash offices hold limited cash. Large cash collections may be arranged in advance through support.
- Per-order and per-day limits vary by currency and by your account’s verification level. Where a limit applies to an order you are placing, it is shown on the page.
Agreed pricing
Business accounts with agreed pricing see their own rates and fees applied automatically. Ask your account manager or support@payany.com for a written fee schedule.
