How Do I Recognise Official PayAny Channels?
Fraudsters imitate payment companies. Use only the channels below, and check any message against your anti-phishing code.
Websites and apps
- Website: www.payany.com. Any other domain is not PayAny.
- iOS app: PayAny on the App Store.
- Android app: PayAny on Google Play, or the APK downloaded from www.payany.com.
Support
- Chat Support inside the app and on www.payany.com.
- Email: support@payany.com.
- WhatsApp: the numbers listed on the Contact page of www.payany.com, one per country. PayAny staff write from these numbers only.
Social media
- X: @payanycom.
- Facebook and Instagram: payanycom.
Emails from PayAny carry your anti-phishing code once you have set one. Emails without it are not from PayAny.
What PayAny will never do
- Ask for your password, fund password, authenticator key or verification codes.
- Ask you to send a pickup voucher QR before you are at the office.
- Ask you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal or unfreeze an account.
- Offer a rate in a private message that differs from the rate in the app.
- Contact you from a personal number, or ask you to move the conversation to one.
Warning: If you have shared a password or code, change it now under Security Settings and freeze the account if you cannot sign in. Then contact support@payany.com.
Reporting
Forward suspicious emails and messages to support@payany.com. PayAny reports impersonation to the platforms concerned.
