What Does Each Order Status Mean?
Every deposit, withdrawal and exchange carries a status. This is what each one means and what, if anything, you need to do.
Deposits
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Your transfer has not been matched yet, or your cash has not reached the desk | Nothing, unless it stays Pending for more than an hour after your receipt was uploaded |
| Confirming | The desk has counted your cash and is waiting for your signature | Sign on your phone to credit the balance |
| Credited | The amount is on your balance | — |
| Cancelled | You cancelled the order before it was matched | Create a new order if you still intend to deposit |
Withdrawals
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| In review | A person is checking the order; your balance is held for it | Nothing. You may cancel while it is still in review |
| Paying | Released to the bank and clearing; large amounts may arrive in parts | Nothing |
| Partially paid | Part of the amount has landed; the rest follows | Nothing; each part shows its own receipt |
| To collect | The office has your cash counted out | Present the voucher QR and a photo ID at the office |
| Paid | The money has landed; the receipt is on the order | — |
| Error | The payout stopped; nothing has been deducted | Contact support from the order |
| Cancelled | Cancelled while in review; the held amount is back on your balance | — |
Exchanges
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | The rate is held and an operator is booking it by hand | Nothing; your rate is the one you saw |
| Finished | Booked at your rate; both balances updated | — |
| Cancelled | Cancelled while pending; nothing moved | — |
Money still on its way
Balance shows, for each currency, what you can move right now and what is still arriving or leaving. Money on its way from a pending deposit can be exchanged or withdrawn before it settles; withdrawals already in progress have already been taken out of Available.
