Who Operates PayAny, and Under Which Licences?

PayAny is a trading name of PAYANY GLOBAL LIMITED, a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada on 18 July 2022 under the Business Corporations Act, Ontario Corporation Number 1000261715, with its registered office at 229 Yonge Street, Suite 400, Toronto, Ontario M5B 1N9, Canada.

Where a country requires it, PayAny works through licensed local partners rather than holding funds itself: withdrawals in each currency land through a licensed bank or mobile-money operator in that country, and the accounts PayAny uses to pay out are held with those institutions.
What this means for you
- Your identity is verified before you can withdraw, and transactions are monitored, because the law in these jurisdictions requires it.
- Customer balances are recorded separately from PayAny’s own funds, and every movement on your balance is a ledger entry you can see in Balance History and on your statement.
- PayAny is not a bank and does not pay interest on balances. A PayAny balance is a claim on PayAny for the currency amount shown, payable on your instruction through the withdrawal methods available for that currency.
Note: PayAny does not offer investment products, lending to consumers, or any virtual-currency service.
